Please note that all Capsule collections and Made to Order purchases are final, there is an exclusive no return and no exchange policy.
Can I ask for a return or a store credit of my order?
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days ask for a return or a store credit. You have to follow these steps:
1. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason
2. Once the return is is authorised by IAMMI team, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label* and the steps to schedule a pick up or the nearest drop off point. Please print the document/s and follow the courier instructions.
3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.
4. After the reception of the parcel at our premises, please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be managed. As soon as the refund or the store credit is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
*There is a fee for every return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included. Once the parcel arrives to our atelier, if the returned product/s is/are perfect, the refund/store credit will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.

Rest of the world:
Store credit: 15€
The amount will be deducted once the request is processed.
When can I expect my refund to arrive?
The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 15 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.
