How long does the preparation of my order take?

Our products are prepared with care in our atelier in 24-72 business hours Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: January 1 and 6, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1 and 21, Pentecost Monday, June 24, August 15, September 11, September 24, October 12, November 1, December 6, 8, and 25.

Where is my order?

From the moment you make the purchase, you will receive emails regarding the status of your order. Please check the spam folder, if you are still waiting for any order update.
You can also check the status of your order on "My Account" section of IAMMI website if you are registered.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, email our Sales team with your request as soon as possible. Please remember that orders are prepared within 24-72 business hours and once they are processed, cannot be cancelled or modified internally.

What do Made to order mean? 

Made to order are custom-made only after an order has been processed. The preparation time depends on the product and is specified on the product page. It can vary from one to three months since the Made to order product is produced piece by piece at our atelier.

What payment methods does IAMMI accept?

IAMMI accepts the following methods of payment:
-PayPal
-Credit or debit card

Is VAT included in the price of the products?

All prices shown at IAMMI website include VAT.

How can I request an invoice?

Invoices are only sent when requested. Please contact our Sales team if you need the invoice for your order.
